End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Bloxie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use Bloxie on your personal iOS devices
• Use all features available in your subscription tier
• Benefit from app updates and improvements
• Access customer support services

Bloxie offers subscription-based premium features:

• Free Trial: 3-day trial period with full access to premium features
• Monthly Plan: $9.99/month, auto-renewable
• Annual Plan: $39.99/year, auto-renewable
• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and App Store account
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial periods unless required by law

You agree to use Bloxie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You will NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent or disable the App's security features
• Use the App to harm others or violate any laws
• Share your subscription with others outside your Apple Family
• Interfere with the App's normal operation

Bloxie uses Apple's Screen Time API and Family Controls framework:

• The App requires Screen Time permissions to function properly
• Blocking features integrate with iOS system-level controls
• Some restrictions may persist briefly even after uninstalling the App
• You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings

Bloxie and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• The App, its design, and functionality are our exclusive property
• This license does not grant you ownership rights
• All trademarks and logos remain our property
• User-generated content (settings, preferences) remains yours

Important limitations on our liability:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the App will meet all your needs
• We are not liable for productivity outcomes or results
• Our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid
• We are not responsible for Apple's Screen Time functionality

This Agreement may be terminated:

• By you: Cancel subscription and delete the App
• By us: For violation of these terms (rare, with notice)
• Automatically: If you fail to pay subscription fees
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately

We may update this Agreement from time to time:

• Changes will be posted in the App and on our website
• Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms
• Major changes will be communicated with reasonable notice

• Technical support is available for active subscribers

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
